Position Summary:
Indirect Procurement function is part of Global Business Services Procure to Payment (P2P). This position is responsible for resolving all assigned incoming cases quickly and accurately, demonstrating knowledge of the end-to-end process with extreme focus on customer service and end user experience for creation and maintenance of Indirect Purchase Orders in the Supply Connect system (Coupa).

This role is predominantly analytical, requires specialized training and involves the frequent exercise of discretion and judgment. Knowledge is generally acquired through an extended course of study and/or specialization through accumulated years of work experience, in accounting, finance or procurement. In this role the individual also applies professional knowledge to synthesize information and draw conclusions. This role also provides support to the Team Lead on daily tasks.
Main Responsibilities
- Complete all assigned requisitions and purchase orders promptly and accurately, ensuring compliance with identified Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Facilitate the internal and external audit process by maintaining complete and accurate operating procedures and providing requested information promptly.
- Support the Team Lead in effective knowledge transfer by sharing standard methodologies and innovative solutions to improve procurement excellence.
- Perform other related or ad-hoc tasks and reports as requested.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or procurement.
- Shared Service Centers experience is desirable.
- Intermediate in English: B1+ English Level.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience with ERPs (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, Mainframe).
