Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for key account management in each 전라지역 to sell to academy, government and pharmaceutical bio companies.
- Plan, coordinate and handle a sales territory. Actively develop and target new business/sales opportunities within the marketplace. Handle the sales cycle.
- Effectively communicate and negotiate sales contracts with customers. Educate customers on new products and product improvements.
- Accurately articulate and present product features and benefits.
- Work closely with sales manager for territory business planning and implementation.
- Actively communicate customer issues, current prospects and marketing events to management team.
- Interpret and lead key financial result areas, i.e. revenues, volume, margins, days outstanding and forecasting.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to achieve overall business objectives.
- Consistently attain or exceed sales, profit, and market share goals within expense guidelines.
- Lead business development initiatives in the region to improve market share in major/key accounts.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field; or the equivalent knowledge and functional experience.
- Master's degree or equivalent experience will be advantageous.
Experience:
- At least 7+ years selling experience in Biotech industry.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Good presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills, Good English communications in both oral and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with scientific discussion with customers.
- Strong analytical skills and intellectual ability to develop ideas, grasp sophisticated product applications, and apply creative thinking.
- Good data analysis and biz planning skills High energy, teammate and capability of working under pressure Self-motivated, initiative, open-minded, and detail-oriented
- Communicate account objectives and action plans to management via weekly business reviews and other communication vehicles.
- Good computer skill (Excel, Power point...)
