How will you make an impact?
Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.
Summer projects may include the following responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to identify and address areas to improve efficiency and benchmark with industry best practices.
- Become a process owner; critically review specific processes with great attention to detail and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in sales product and systems trainings, marketing campaigns, and special projects to develop selling skills consistent with Company philosophy, policies, and procedures.
- Connect with research scientists tied to specific accounts for product information and sales presentations.
- Identify sales opportunities with new and existing customers to achieve/exceed assigned territory sales plan.
- Coordinate sales processes for assigned accounts in assigned geography.
- Learn continuous improvement methodologies (i.e., PPI and others) and help promote improvement initiatives.
Start Date: This internship is set to begin on 2nd of January 2025 for a duration of 6 months - dependent upon student availability per academic calendars.
Compensation : Our undergraduate Inside Sales internships offer an hourly rate dependent upon the location you are supporting (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines).
How will you get here?
- Undergraduate student completing a Life Sciences-related degree between December 2025 and September 2026.
- 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships or extra scholar experience preferred.
- Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
- Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
