About the Role
The Recruiter plays an integral role in building the agency's talent pipeline. Reporting to the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition, the Recruiter carries significant responsibility for filling a high volume of critical PA & PATH positions in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will manage recruitment for a variety of entry and mid-level roles. You'll also work closely with supervisors and employees across the agency and will have a direct impact on agency operations through staffing.
Note - This role requires a minimum of 3 days a week onsite at our offices at 4 World Trade Center.
Responsibilities
- Manage a complex full cycle internal and external recruitment process for entry to mid-level positions.
- Source applicants through online channels, such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Facebook, and other professional networks along with our internal CRM.
- Partner with your Supervisor, HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to identify staffing needs.
- Assist in designing job descriptions that reflect each position's responsibilities and qualifications.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop appropriate recruitment timelines.
- Develop strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers to bring recruitment process to a conclusion in a timely manner.
- Manage selection processes which includes background checks, medicals and extending employment offers and much more.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or related fields; Additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems

- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Excellent multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and utilize our HRIS systems
- Good working knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent customer experience skills
- Ability to problem solve and communicate effectively
- Experience working in staffing agencies or filling unionized positions is preferred
- Experience using Jobvite ATS and/or Talemetry CRM highly preferred
