Associate Manager, Customer Data & Analytics

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic individual to join our team as a Customer Data and Analytics expert. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving our business forward by leveraging data to inform decision-making and foster growth. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between data analytics and strategic business development, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of industry trends and customer needs.

Key Responsibility:

Comprehensive Customer Data Analysis:

  • Analyze customer business performance. Identify key drivers of topline growth/profitability, and provide killer insights on the opportunities
  • Monitor performance against execution KPIs and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards that track key performance indicators.

PITA/Shopper Analysis:

  • Study shopper behavior and purchasing patterns to understand shopper needs and preferences to identify customer and TCCC beverage opportunities
  • Connect dots and transform complex data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.

Predictive Analytics:

  • Use statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict future trends and outcomes.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities based on data projections.
  • Explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance data analysis capabilities.

Category Management:

  • Utilize customer POS data to gain insights into product performance and sales trends. Analyze SKU-level data to optimize product assortment and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with customers to align category plans with their goals and The TCCC business objectives.
  • Recommend actions on category assortment, planogram, activation etc to maximize category performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor degree with minimum of 3 years experience in data analytics, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering actionable insights from data analysis that have driven business growth.
  • Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Attention to detail and a methodological approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to present data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to think strategically about business challenges and opportunities.
  • Innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • English proficiency
