We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic and supportive Office Administrator for our Wedegtail Program in the Williamtown area.

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Leadership Team to perform delegated administrative tasks,
  • Plan and coordinate the logistics and communications for program events,
  • Assist with the coordination of on-boarding new-starters,
  • Work to supply and store administrative and office materials, and
  • Communicate with the program team on administrative matters.
Experience/Qualifications
  • a small to medium business.
  • a defence environment.
  • business tools and databases,
  • communicating regularly with program teams, and
  • managing program calendars.
Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
