As a Strategic Program Analyst, you will be leading innovative and emerging technology solutions for Fortune 500 customers across all verticals. The Strategic Program Services team is an elite group of professionals selected for their vast experience in driving and successfully delivering complex solutions and transformational initiatives across WWT's global presence and influence.
What will you be doing?
The Strategic Program Analyst ensures accuracy, quality, and consistency across high-level portfolio financial reporting that specializes in providing real-time financial updates to fit the needs of our Domestic and International accounts. This individual has superior analytical and communication skills dedicated to validating forecasts, developing week over week historical trends, providing consultation/working closely with the Strategic Program Manager, and presenting on the financial health to internal stakeholder leadership across several major accounts. This role will bring value by creating an accurate roll-up of financial health at the account level, while collaboratively working with members at the "ground level" to ensure cost impacts are discovered timely and explained clearly for efficient executive decision-making.
Responsabilities:
- Execute on the financial management of large IT enterprise roll-outs
- Implement a rigorous and systematic approach to weekly invoice and cost tracking
- Compare actual expenditures against planned schedules, which involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to address any discrepancies and provide real-time financial health insights that enable prompt decision-making from Executive leadership.
- Program/Project/Resource financial management
- Account/Sales Leadership level reporting and presentations on financial metrics/health of portfolios
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement change
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and SLA's are achieved for invoicing and change order processing
- Strong and continued focus on SOW adherence to budget
- Ongoing improvement of program value for demonstration to customer and financial performance
- Maintain communication with both internal and client executive sponsors as well as program managers
- Maintain communication with suppliers as appropriate in support of the program
- Incremental business development that extends the program and/or identifies new business opportunities
- Analyze schedule, scope and milestone performance of assigned programs relative to their budgets
- Manage WWT cross functional issues. Ensure all functions within WWT are performing to program budget expectations
- Foster strong relationships with PMO and Services Delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (most importantly Excel) for FP&A reporting creation and documentation
- Oracle, Tableau, Salesforce, Clarity PPM, & Power BI understanding preferred
- Project Management training in Technology Areas related to the program are preferred
- Excellent understanding of financial processes. Able to create proformas, track project metrics, forecast future trends and manage change
- Excellent understanding of the contract (SOW) process. Able to manage contract modifications, change orders, control the impact to a program, and provide direction on negotiations regarding contract scope, cost and schedule
- One to three years prior multi-site roll-out program experience
- Good understanding of Supply Chain and equipment configuration (lab) processes
- Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines
- Thought leader & problem solver with good collaboration skills
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Some minimal travel may be necessary. Preferred locations are DEN, STL, & NY but the position can be remote for the ideal candidate.
