Your role

As a member of our DWX Global Collaborations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that AES builds responsive and engaging experiences inside Microsoft 365 that look great across multiple devices, browsers, and surfaces.

You will leverage your expertise in Microsoft 365 search capabilities, APIs, graph extensibility, conversational AI and adaptive cards. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing search experiences, connecting to external data sources, and enhancing our collaboration experiences within Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (Information Technology / Computer Science/Engineering) preferred or equivalent with relevant work experience required.


  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 search, including SharePoint Online search, Microsoft Search, and personalized search experiences.


  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph APIs and their usage in custom applications.


  • Familiarity with graph extensibility, including developing connectors and customizing search sources.


  • Proficiency in designing and implementing adaptive cards for various scenarios including connecting to external sources.


  • Knowledge of Conversational AI (Bot Framework, Power Virtual Agent\ Copilot Studio, Adaptive Cards) is required.


  • Professional experience designing and implementing secure M365 application development service offerings leveraging the Microsoft stack including: Microsoft Graph extensibility, Microsoft Entra, SharePoint Framework, Office UI Fabric (Fluent UI), and Actionable Messages, PowerShell, Visual Studio Enterprise, Visual Studio Code, and Azure DevOps.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


  • Strong team player with initiative, adaptability, communication skills, and resilience.
