Senior Principal Digital Marketing Professional

Overview

Reporting to the Director of eCommerce & Digital Marketing, this highly specialized and visible position within the Waters Consumables & Lab Automation business will be responsible for developing & driving Waters Consumables & Lab Automation paid media digital strategy, growing sales revenue and digital adoption, increasing net new leads generation.

The ideal candidate will actively lead all associated paid digital reporting, platforms and associated strategies for Waters industry-leading portfolio of Chemistry products. The Senior Principal Digital Marketing Professional will also be responsible for Chemistry's Account based marketing strategy and implementation. They will work directly with Waters digital web transformation team to ensure an improved web buying experience resulting in increased Chemistry revenues transacted through digital channels and digital partners.

The Sr. Principal Digital Marketing Professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead a range of digital marketing budgets, and use expertise to drive audience engagement, expand brand awareness, and improve digital revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Paid media strategy development
  • Supervise and optimize campaigns and creative across all platforms, tracking performance metrics and using data-driven insights to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency
  • Accelerate Consumables digital adoption & revenue growth
  • Analyze and quickly react to online purchasing trends
  • Optimally develop cross-functional collaboration to ensure digital extensions are fully coordinated into the overall marketing campaigns.
  • Own and curate lead generation activities
  • Budget Management
  • Work closely with demand gen and SMEs to build digital content utilizing best practices
  • Understanding of the current digital world, ecommerce trends and how they intersect with ongoing Waters customer needs

Qualifications

  • MBA in marketing required
  • 15+ years marketing experience required
  • Familiarity with Waters Chemistry products required
  • 15+ years digital marketing experience preferred
  • 10+ years proven experience leading paid media
  • Start-up company mentality
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience with account based marketing platforms and associated implementations
  • Experience with Adobe AEM software products preferred, experience with SAP business applications desired
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%) #LI-Remote
