Job Overview
In order to drive efficient operations in EMEA, TE Connectivity established two regional shared service centers in Krakow (Poland) and Bangalore (India) to support centralized execution of Source to Pay (S2P) processes, which include Vendor Master Data Management, Invoice processing, Payments execution, Travel & Expenses management and other S2P activities.

• Ability to work in culturally diverse teams with many levels of personnel
• Understanding of end to end S2P processes and associated technology platforms will be an asset
• Experience in a financial shared service center supporting multiple countries / business units will be and asset
Responsibilities:
• Act as key point of contact for managing suppliers and internal stakeholders' inquiries Prepare and execute vendor and employee payments
• Manage Travel & Expense processes, including audit of employee expenses, credit card maintenance etc.
• Reconcile B/S accounts, monitor and report the status of accounts
• Apply techniques and standards to improve the process,
• Prepare and maintain S2P related process documentation
• Ensure compliance with tax and other statutory requirements of the local markets
• Effectively collaborate with FSC India to secure E2E processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the S2P function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine
• Ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes
What your background should look like:
• Accounting background
• Nice to have prior experience in finance & accounting functions in a shared services environment
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Very good command of German
• Very good command of English
• Experience with ERPs as a plus
