Job Overview

TE's Talent Acquisition teams evaluate TE's ability to recruit and select the desired employees and develop, implement and monitor the programs and processes used in recruitment and selection. They source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend external and/or internal candidates to staff open requisitions. They also utilize the services of employment agencies and/or place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the intranet, Internet and print media.
The teams are responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans and administering talent management efforts and employee referral programs, managing the resume tracking system and ensuring consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

1. Implements TE's recruitment strategy to attract and retain talent. Key responsibilities include:
2. Provides support to specific business unit(s) and/or functional groups.
3. Support for the recruitment for exempt, non-exempt, and/or temp positions throughout the specified business unit(s)/function(s) during job posting, candidate CV screen, phone interview, interview arrangement.
4. Ensures a positive onboarding experience for new hires through the administration of related HR activities and employee relationship programs, including candidate interaction/correspondence, scheduling, physical check.
5. Provides tracking and reporting on metrics for Global Staffing recruiting efforts on a monthly basis (i.e. ATS utilization, source, cost, time to fill, diversity, etc.), and prepares slides for discussion with all levels of management.
6. Serves as contact for vendors (i.e. third-party search, background checks, advertising, etc.) and Corporate Procurement to insure proper operational set up and contract administration.

What your background should look like:

1. BS/BA degree in appropriate field or local equivalent required.
2. First professional working experience in Human Resources and/or Recruiting highly desirable.
3. 3. Strong ability in people influence and communication in matrix organization to drive alignment and result.
4. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System required.
5. Highly proficient computer skills (Internet, MS Office to include PowerPoint and Excel).
6. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a global team and in a matrix environment.
7. Demonstrated communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
