Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Engineering Project Management Teams manage cross functional engineering projects. They work with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to assure projects meet financial, schedule and customer expectations. They are responsible for defining and creating project schedules, portfolio management, communication and execution of programs, identifying resource constraints and working with management for resolution, while adhering to LeanPD processes.

Tasks Summary and Responsibilities

• Focus on process and tool transfers, with a project management background:
• Manage tool transfers (including molding tools, stamping DIEs, assembly equipment, assembly equipment and automatic lines)
• Coordinate transfers between TE plants, TE and Suppliers and between suppliers.
• Collect all necessary documentation for transfers in accordance with transfer procedure.
• Organize regular calls with the team to monitor transfer progress, arrange the transfer dates with customers and track milestone progress from initiation of tool or process transfer until serial production release by customers
• Lead internal meetings with production departments to inform them about the transfer status
• Prepare a time plan for safety stock production in collaboration with planning department
• Collaborate with colleagues from the transfer teams across all TE plants
• Generate reports (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and maintain the Transfer Application
• Coordinate the transportation of equipment between plants
• Regularly reporting to Management on a weekly basis.

• Industrial Engineering Degree
• Project Management knowledge
• MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi, Ms Project
• English, Frensh -Fluent in speaking and writing
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills with a proactive approach.
