Italy & Iberia Technical Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Technical support to customers and installers in relation to the application of the products with installation trainings
  • Modification or creation of products (kits) suitable for the specific needs of customers (creation or modification of the list of components and related installation instructions)
  • After-sales assistance in case of product non-conformity or installation issues with visits to the customer, and in the field when applicable
  • Management of product certification processes by relating to the company's technical support network, the independent laboratory and the end customer (electricity companies): creation of documentation, coordination of tests and support in the management of the same
  • Support TE Sales Org with VOC and promotion of new products through customers visits & webinars
  • Support the regional growth through new product homologations with Energy utilities customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with to Product Management on the development of new products in line with market requirements
  • Close cooperation with Distribution, Utility and Industrial verticals to share the local market insights and jointly understand how to increase market share.

What your background should look like:

  • Experience related to Energy Low and Medium Voltage cable accessories, minimum 5 years.
  • Self-starter; able to work across regions and with cross functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability as problem solver in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to regularly travel with valid driver's license
  • Languages: Fluent Spanish, Italian & English
  • Proactive and responsive to customer (internal and external) requirements
  • High level of attention to details
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to confidently represent the company in a professional manner
  • Accountable
