Job Overview

TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

• Serve as a performance consultant and solution expert. Partner with HR partners to design and implement Learning & Development strategies addressing specific plant/cluster level needs, such as performance enhancement, change management, team integration, and employee engagement.
• Design, manage, and implement comprehensive talent(blue collar) development programs, ensuring the plant operations are equipped with the necessary skills and managements to meet its future critical talent needs.
• Collaborate with HR partners and team leaders to develop and promote a career advancement philosophy, processes, and guidelines, supporting employees' individual development paths, especially blue collars.
• Consult with managers using various assessment tools, including 360-degree feedback, to identify development needs and create targeted improvement plans.
• Support HR leaders in building capabilities and developing the site HR capability to enhance overall team performance and effectiveness.
• Conduct or facilitate engaging learning activities as needed to promote knowledge sharing and skill development for plant operations.
• Identify and source quality vendors or leverage internal expertise for effective content delivery. Manage resources efficiently to deliver high-quality learning modules.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/HR FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE
• Bachelor degree; Advanced degrees or certifications in Learning & Development or HR are a plus.
• Requires a minimum of 8+ years of HR working experience with 3+ years of progressive HR experience in Learning and Development or HR business partnering, ideally in the manufacturing sector.
• Certifications in various talent management tools and training preferred.
• An understanding of the manufacturing landscape in China and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Experience in managing comprehensive learning and development programs from end to end.
