Job Overview
Responsible for providing financial support and performance analysis to the global/regional operations and plant management teams. The role requires an exceptional business partner to drive organizational success through the development and execution of financial strategies. Key responsibilities include managing a team of operational financial analysts/plant controllers, consolidation and analysis of actual results/forecasts/budgets, conducting monthly plant reviews, product/conversion/material productivity analysis, driving freight/inventory reductions, and supporting capital investments. The position also requires coordination with the regional/global BU supply chain team.

• CapEx Management
1) CER review and assessment, project analysis including a) new product b)expansion c)replacement d) cost saving e) lease vs. buy
2) Conduct CER review meeting with operation team and management
3) Periodically tracking on CER status and cost saving implementation
4) Internal order management
5) Monthly/Quarterly/yearly CapEx actual、budget and forecast preparation and variance analysis
• Fixed assets and CIP management
1) Monitor fixed asset daily process of verification/transfer/disposal, reconcile FA master with operation departments, process FA monthly closing activities and reporting.
2) CIP tracking and help equipment department to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of non-inventory assets management
3) Periodically impairment review, making sure our business and assets are accurately reflected on book.
4) Coordinate with facility department on annual fixed assets physical taking, consolidate the counting result and handle the variance adjustment with analysis.
5) Policy/procedure refresh to all employees
• Spare parts management
1) Support and monitor the spare parts cycle count and annual count, to ensure the integrity of company assets.
2) Analyse the spare parts usage, reserve, turns, aged items, and help the operation teams to ensure rational utilization of spare parts and stock level
• Other FP&A activities
1) Scorecard update for financial parts
2) Cashflow forecast
3) Actual cost closing
4) 4M change evaluation
5) Financial monthly/quarterly review slides preparation
6) Other ad hoc assignments from manager
