Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Financial Controlling Teams coordinate, administer, and control financial operations. They review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports, direct all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts. They also oversee the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements.

The position is based in Qingdao.
This role is responsible for assisting plant controller to drive business performance, providing financial direction for operations business partners through the analysis of financial information and data, leading plant financial forecasting, planning, control and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible in leading monthly & annual forecasting process.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to senior finance and operation management team
• Provide cost quotation timely, responsible for standard costing accuracy, annual re-cost process and maintain costing system in SAP
• Responsible for Month / Quarter / Year-end financial closing processes
• Follow up company policies, procedures, SOX and internal control system development, enhancement and maintenance.
• Provide support through financial analysis to assist operation team to identify cost saving opportunity
• Collaborating with operation team to ensure plant strategic goals and financial targets are met
• Business partner for Plant management
Requirements for Job Holder
• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, finance and economic field.
• 10+ years of experience finance and accounting, manufacturing company background would be a plus
• Experience in budgeting/forecasting processes/cost structure, margin analysis, SAP experience would be a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Teamwork, collaboration skills and high adaptability a dynamic and challenging environment.
