Job Overview
Develops, implements and/or maintains one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc. in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures. Designs operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency
Roles & Responsibility:
- Maintain bank statements
- Reporting cash balance including TD and other deposits
- Import trade payment process with RBI's IDPMS data validation
- Reconcile and clear IDPMS and ORM
- Maintain import payment trackers
- Custom duty, other statutory and urgent batch vendor payments
- Reconcile ECL wallet balance on a regular basis
- Maintain custom duty deposit and duty payments tracker
- Track local vendor payments (Bi weekly or critical batch payments)
- Validate and update vendor bank account details and maintain vendor master tracker
- Assist in funding and payment process for ISC payments
- Support for internal, statutory, or external audits
- Support during month end, quarter end & year-end closing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address payment related issues & improve payment workflows

Experience::
- 3+ years relevant experience in fixed assets is preferred.
