Job Description:

The Analyst role will require co-ordination and interaction with various Operations teams, Sales and Trading, Technology, Compliance, Legal and other professionals across the firm. It's imperative that the successful candidate excels in a fast pace, busy, high volume team-oriented environment.

The candidate will be responsible for processing corporate actions events for the Global Fixed Income Team. Key functions include the processing of Conversions, performing depot & Nostro reconciliations, processing coupons, CA elections & cross training on other roles within the Asset Servicing team.

Position Overview

  • 3+ years of experience in Corporate Actions/Income/Coupon processing (Knowledge of using EASYWAY is ideal)
  • Coupon Processing including Market Claims
  • Conversion Processing (REGS/144A), via EASYWAY
  • Corporate Actions processing End to End
  • Breaks Management - review/monitor/Resolution
  • 4 Eye Check on coupon claim payments
  • NDF Bond fixings
  • Monitoring of WHT certifications.
  • Promptly deal with customer inquiries via phone/email
  • Maintain effective working relationships with internal partners to help deliver the "One Team" culture
  • Perform sundry duties as requested by management
  • Support the wider team in times of need
