As an IT Field System Infrastructure working for Taylor Morrison you will be responsible to provide hands on technical support to the division office and surrounding sales and construction sites. (60% field work/ 40% Infrastructure work)
We trust that as the IT Field System Infrastructure you will: (responsibilities)
- Management of remote sales office setups/closures.
- Remote and onsite support of software/hardware for remote sales and construction offices.
- Network/email account setups
- User Account Maintenance
- Active Directory/GAL Maintenance
- Network password resets
- Password resets in Newstar/Sales Profiler
- IT Exit Form Process/Tracking Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP)
- RDP session resets
- RDP published application setups/troubleshoot/support
- Management of Mobile Devices
- Computer, iPhone and iPad support and inventory
- Smartphone support
- All technology aspects of divisional office Installs and moves
- Management of Printer and Copier installations, moves and leases
- Network Copier/Scanner support/setup on network
- Resolve MS Office & various software issues
- Troubleshoot basic through advanced hardware issues
- VPN hardware/software troubleshooting
- Digital Sales Office management and support
- SharePoint document updates/postings
- Manage conversions and upgrades as scheduled
- Coordinate with Local tech support companies for issues that cannot be resolved via the phone
- You are willing to perform other duties as assigned
- Provide exemplary customer support while addressing customer concerns
- Root cause complex technical issues and coordinate resolution with appropriate team
- Manage domain join process on all Taylor Morrison computers
- Maintain current approved image on all Taylor Morison computers
- Manage the installation of Multi Factor Authentication to all divisional users' mobile devices

About you:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science and/or 5+ years hands on experience in network, hardware, software administration and telecommunications with remote support experience
- Professional experience with Windows 10, Office 2010, 2013, 2016, O365
- Professional experience with wireless communications and VPN technologies
- Proficiency in iPad tablets/Dell Laptops and various other models of PCs/Tablets
- LAN/WAN (Meraki proficiency) configurations and operations
- Knowledge of Cisco network equipment to include Routers, Firewall and Switches
- Clear understanding of protocols and the ability to configure and troubleshoot them
- (TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, EIGRP, SNMP, SMTP, FTP, VPN, BGP, Network Monitor etc.)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Will have responsibilities such as:

Physical Demands:
- Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
- The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
