About the Job:
The ideal candidate will take initiative and present to leadership, and have an innate curiosity, a hunger to excel, and a positive attitude. You are someone who has emerged in past jobs as a natural leader and persuader of peers. The ability to be nimble and flex with the needs of the business is crucial. An emphasis will be placed on strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and motivate others and pivot as the needs of the business evolve. A team-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment also required. Ability to demonstrate strong program management skills and a proven track record of flawless creative planning and execution.
You will work cross functionally with associates within the digital and technology teams at varying seniority levels. Additionally, you will manage a team of 1 direct report and agency partners that will be executing on the digital content.
The Day-to-Day:
- Partner with Director of Omnichannel Customer Experience to develop a digital merchandising plan that aligns visual/communication/business goals, brand storytelling, and customer experience, providing a holistic view of marketing, ops, etc. calendars and priorities across Ecomm channels.
- Present complete digital merch plan / recommendations to business partners and participate in plan negotiation
- Collaborate with and oversee vendors for digital assets
- Responsible for integrating marketing calendar/campaigns into Ecomm channels
- Define path to purchase in customer journey
- Lead overall Ecomm content plans - communicate to XF stakeholders
- Strategically manage customer content journeys to drive results against the right KPIs
- Own/lead Omnichannel Planning meeting, ensuring we are collaborating on plans/user flows in advance and then building in creative as it is developed
- Own Home Page content (App & web)
- Lead categorization of products and sort order and tagging (favorite, new, etc) of products within the menu on Ecomm channels
- Use existing Ecomm tools for optimization of merchandising
- Act as liason for merchandising/content with brand team, tech teams, and marketing operations (partner with squad to provide input on changes impacting merchandising/sales targets)
- Analyze merchandising effectiveness and make recommendations/decisions for adjustments
- Manage personalization content based on models provided by CD&A (customer data & analytics) team
Is This You?
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in site merchandising
- 2+ years minimum Strong coaching skills and proven track record of managing a team
- Proven understanding of Merchandising/Point of Purchase practices, Ecomm/ordering platforms, and overall go-to-market strategies
- Project management, execution, and cross functional experience required
- Creative thinker who drives innovation AND thinks strategically
- Ability to articulate a point of view but also know how to hold it lightly
- Ability to move projects forward in a cross functional atmosphere
- Ability to self-prioritize based on business needs with a continuous improvement, solutions oriented mindset

Salary Range: $153,200 to $182,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
