Taco Boo

In a building filled with creative people, it's no surprise that Halloween is treated more like a religion than a holiday at Taco Bell. In addition to a blood drive, departments spend the afternoon battling it out in the auditorium where they present videos showing off their imaginative costumes and crown the winners for a ton of festive competitions—including a pumpkin carving contest, lip sync battle, and of course an over-the-top costume contest.

Lifestyle Catering

To accommodate employees’ lifestyles, the Taco Bell offices boast an array of amazing services that workers can take advantage of to make their lives a little easier. In addition to a fully functional gym with trainers who hold group classes, there’s also an on-site salon that offers massages and hair and nail appointments, a dry-cleaning and laundry service with desk-delivery, car washes, and a day care for staff members with children.

Passion For Education

Aligned with its commitment to education, Taco Bell launched the Live Más Scholarship in 2016—a unique scholarship program based on passion, not academics or athletics. In its inaugural year, $1 million was awarded to 220 winners looking to share their passions with the world. Taco Bell also provides genuine opportunities for its restaurant and corporate employees to learn and grow, including tuition reimbursement and several scholarship opportunities for higher education.
