About the Job:

Taco Bell is a leader in menu innovation, driven by strong fundamentals and excellent execution in our restaurants. As a Senior Analyst on the Restaurant Readiness Team, you’ll design, validate, and expand new initiatives to grow the business, focusing on operational excellence with concepts like Taco Bell Cantina and Live Mas Café, and improving core menu aspects such as sustainability, packaging, and margins. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Food Innovation, and Training) from ideation to rollout, ensuring operational excellence and ease. Additionally, you’ll support restaurant teams, field leaders, and franchise owners through validation, testing, and feedback stages.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic vision, critical thinking, project management skills, flexible communication styles, and a passion for collaboration. Enjoying a fun and innovative work culture is a must!

The Day-to-Day:

  • Analyze complex ideas quickly and accurately to determine feasibility for execution.
  • Ensure new initiatives are designed to Taco Bell Standards, enabling great team members and customer experience while preparing for long-term evolution.
  • Create, manage, and deliver a roadmap of quarterly deliverables with measurable results, influencing stakeholders and complementary programs.
  • Regular cadence of communication and partnership with field teams and franchisees to get feedback and identify process improvements from start to finish for all tests and ideas.
  • Build business cases using data and analytics to influence cross-functional teams on program designs.
  • Challenge current designs and collaborate to continually improve the operating system to deliver results with ease.

Is This You?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience, with 3+ years of experience in Operations or strategic program implementation; Restaurant Operations and Field/Franchise Operations experience a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to change
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to flex communication styles for different audiences. Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically 10-20% of the time; the ideal candidate will be based in or relocate to Irvine, CA

Salary Range: ­­$96,000 to $112,900 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
