About the Job:
Taco Bell is looking for a highly motivated individual with demonstrated strength in analytics, problem solving, intellectual curiosity, and relationship management to serve as a Manager, Digital Sales Insights on our Marketing Team. Our ideal candidate has a breadth of analytics experience, management skills, strong technical skills, an evolving understanding of common technologies, and is capable of decomposing complex problems into addressable components or digestible analyses while maintaining a keen eye on the relevant business objective(s).
As Taco Bell grows our digital presence, we are looking for an individual to lead a small team that is instrumental in analyzing the state of our digital business(delivery, loyalty/ecomm and kiosk), understanding growth drivers and forecasting. In addition, the team will help the digital team design and measure tests and national programs. This position will report to the Sr Director, Sales and Customer Analytics and interface closely with the digital team, marketing analytics(finance) team as well as Taco Bell’s IT team.
The Day-to-Day:
- Lead, develop and grow a team of 2-3 analysts
- Lead annual and quarterly forecasts for each digital channel (delivery, ecomm and kiosk) and present to digital leadership team & finance
- Understand drivers and building blocks of digital business performance on a daily, weekly and annual basis
- Lead the measurement and reporting framework for Digital Sales Analytics
- Build strong partnership between the analytics team and digital team
- Lead the measurement of Taco Bell’s digital performance against the Industry and partner with digital team to create benchmarks.
- Partner with digital team to help inform overall digital strategy
- Assist in diving deep into Taco Bell’s vast collection of data and weaving together an impactful story to drive business results.
- Understand impact of first party offers and build out reporting needs to help support the digital team.
- Partner with Ecomm and Loyalty teams to drive business growth through analyzing the effectiveness and profitability of offers and campaigns on customer’s omni-channel behavior.
Is This You?
- BA required; analytical degree preferred (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Engineering). MBA a plus.
- 8+ years analytically oriented business leadership / Job level will be commensurate with experience
- 3+ years people management skills
- Strong understanding of applied statistical, multivariate modeling would be a plus
- Highly versed in applications software including advanced Excel and particularly strong understanding of Relational Databases with writing custom SQL. Familiarity with PowerBI a plus. Strong understanding of PowerPoint.

- Experience synthesizing and presenting actionable insights from a variety of data-points and analyses

Salary Range: $134,500 to $158,300 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
