About the Job:

As the Loyalty Strategy Manager, you will lead strategic innovation within Taco Bell’s Loyalty Program, Taco Bell Rewards, a pivotal growth engine that elevates the customer experience. This role will focus on long-term development, designing digital experiences and loyalty platform enhancements that strengthen customer engagement and drive brand loyalty. You will leverage customer insights, data-driven strategies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that Taco Bell Rewards continues to provide meaningful value, unique rewards, and a seamless, unforgettable customer journey.

This role is critical to drive a key business priority for Taco Bell and will report into the Head of Loyalty. Come be a part of the future of digital innovation and customer experience.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Innovate and Develop: Oversee long-term innovation for the loyalty platform and digital experiences to drive sustained engagement in Taco Bell Rewards.
  • Customer Insights and Strategy: Use customer insights and analytics to inform strategic decisions, ensuring Taco Bell’s loyalty program resonates with customer expectations and preferences.
  • Program and Product Pipeline Development: Build and align program and product development pipelines, creating a structured approach to new loyalty offerings and program expansions.
  • Business Case Development: Develop robust business cases for loyalty platform enhancements, analyzing potential value and forecasting growth impact.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and technology teams to bring innovative loyalty programs to life.
  • Executive Stakeholder Communication: Articulate the vision, strategy, and business cases to executive leaders, gaining support and alignment for loyalty initiatives. 

Is This You?

  • Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing or other related field, MBA a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in loyalty program management, innovation, product development, or strategy within digital marketing or a similar field.
  • Proven expertise in leveraging customer insights to drive strategy and innovation.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions with a focus on ROI and growth impact.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tactics, with a focus on customer loyalty and engagement.
  • Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively across teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.

Salary Range: ­­$134,500 to $158,300 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
