About the Job:

Taco Bell’s Global concept design team creates innovative spaces that reflect our brand’s identity and connect with our customers. As part of A&D Concepts’ team, the graphic designer will play a key role in helping develop high-quality visual assets that would enhance the brand and elevate the restaurant experience. This role requires a multi-disciplined designer, preferably with experience in environmental design, who can effectively collaborate with concept designers, clients, vendors, and various internal departments throughout design development and project execution. The Concept’s graphic designer will report to the Global concepts director.

The Day-to-Day:

 

  • Strong emphasis on the design and integration of interior wayfinding environments, mapping out the customer journey from the site entrance through interior touchpoints, to ensure seamless navigation and a cohesive experience.
  • Experience in designing impactful interior graphics, murals, and regionalized micro-architectural elements that enhance environmental storytelling is preferred.
  • Vendor management, including oversight of artwork and interior signage production, to maintain design integrity and project timelines.
  • Proficiency in creating compelling department presentation decks and templates using Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Application of graphic design expertise across Domestic and International projects through the development of guides, system templates, and visual communication strategies.
  • Responsibility for quarterly trend analysis, including sourcing industry news, innovations, and changes, to keep designs aligned with current and future trends—presented quarterly to Executive Leadership.
  • An environmental design background is highly valued, as it plays a critical role in shaping memorable, immersive, and functional spaces.

 

Is This You?

  • BA or BS in  Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Required experience in the following tools: All Adobe platforms, and Sketchup.
  • Experience working on multi-disciplinary teams and managing collaborations with clients, vendors, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment
  •  Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
  • Attention to detail, creativity and thinking outside the box. 
  •  Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for both digital and print outputs.
  •  Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Salary Range: ­­$84,500 to $109,600 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
