The Day-to-Day:

  • Provide maintenance trend analysis, insights, reporting and recommendations - 30% 
    • Leverage CMMS (Officetrax) data and cross functional partners to develop reporting and insights to evaluate maintenance impacts from marketing calendar, CORE, financials, and customer metrics
    • Design and deliver ongoing and ad-hoc reporting to drive actionable and comprehensive insights covering all facilities related metrics
    • Provide analysis on deployment of internal and external resources for maintenance capital and expense
    • Provide analysis and insights on various ad-hoc requests, including on maintenance, total cost of ownership, equipment performance, capital replacements, and vendor performance
    • Automate regular reporting updates and analysis sent to facilities and operations leadership teams. Confidently present learnings and recommendations to leadership teams
  • CMMS system administrator - 30%
    • Lead and manage relationship with CMMS vendor including regularly scheduled status meetings and updates as needed
    • Facilitate user interface and on-going software enhancements to optimize CMMS value for internal and external users
    • Maintain database master lists for restaurants, equipment, trades and vendors and enhance system reporting capabilities
    • Provide training and on-boarding for new internal and external CMMS users
  • Proactive Equipment Rollouts Project Management – 20%
    • Manage third-party installation vendors including developing the scope of work, placing equipment orders, and building the project schedules.
    • Responsible for developing the project budget and controlling costs throughout the project life cycle.
    • Develop communication strategies with the field Ops and Facilities teams during the preparation, execution, and follow-up stages of the projects.
  • New Restaurant & Remodel Ops Support – 10%
    • Eliminate operations pain points during new restaurant openings and remodels by utilizing project management tools and techniques to maintain a pipeline of projects, track progress against milestones, and regularly update internal partners.
    • Evaluating and understanding trends in construction and facilities project timelines and spending and leading communication of insights to leadership and internal stakeholders.
    • Consistent follow-up working with Operations teams, Construction Managers and General Contractors to proactively identify and address all items on 25+ new builds and 50+ remodels per year.
  • Vendor Management and issue resolution – 10%
    • CMMS Invoice payment processing issue resolution and tracking, on-going vendor management and relationship with A/P

Is This You?

  • 4-6 relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong analytic skills, ability to recognize trends & insights within the data
  • Superb interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to partner well with other team members
  • Great at utilizing Power Point to story tell and influence others
  • Highly versed in applications software including advanced Excel and able to learn new software and programs quickly
  • Experience using Microsoft Power BI a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work with 3rd party vendors and lead a vendor relationship
  • Willingness to speak up and question the status quo, a drive to want to get in-front of trends by leveraging data proactively
  • Strong organizational skills, with proven ability to multi-task and prioritize time in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. Self-motivated individual that adapts readily to change

Salary Range: ­­$95,000 to $105,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
