About the Job:

The Assistant Brand Manager will be responsible for translating the brand positioning and strategy into tactical assets for the Canadian business. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and working close with cross-functional partners, this role will ensure we drive awareness and engagement across all marketing verticals.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Collaborate with field operations, US/global teams, and franchisee stakeholders to bring marketing programs to life and uphold brand values. Lead initiatives for the Taco Bell Foundation in Canada, aligning efforts with brand and community objectives.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, including in-store promotions, printed flyers, and localized communications tailored to the Canadian market; Lead internal communications with the US communications team.
  • Drive beverage strategy and support NSO and LSM activities in partnership with key team members
  • Lead internal communications with US communications team
  • Partner with the digital marketing manager and director to execute POS programs, social media strategy, and market tests.
  • Oversee photo and video shoots, ensuring content aligns with brand storytelling and values.
  • Serve as key member of the marketing team with Franchisee group as the biggest stakeholder.

Is This You?

  • BA/BS in Business or Marketing (or equivalent years of experience)
  • 3+ years of marketing experience; experience in market planning and execution (in-store promotional materials) required; food/QSR experience preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to ideate and execute
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to find the ‘so what’ in data and develop recommendations
  • Entrepreneurial sprit with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of the food industry and a keen eye on trends

Salary Range: ­­$72,160 to $90,090 CAD annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
