As a Senior Manager, Demand Generation, you will help define and execute on our demand generation strategy as we move up market. You will experiment with new channels and programs to optimize lead generation and conversion, and will partner with sales to build playbooks and drive pipeline.

Outcome #1: Build our multi-channel lead strategy to 5x MQLs over the next 18 months
- Identify the most effective channels (e.g., paid media, organic, ABM, partnerships) for reaching core ICP
- Design and execute campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Marketing Sourced Opportunities and drive them down the funnel.
- Continuously analyze and optimize the marketing funnel to improve conversion rates across stages (MQL to SQL, SQL to opportunities, oppty to closed won).
- Create targeted programs to engage and convert high-value accounts and high-value self-serve users.
- Manage the demand generation budget to maximize ROI, balancing short-term wins with long-term growth investments
- Optimize spend across channels, campaigns, and regions.
Outcome #2: Build and scale our content engine to drive conversion optimization over the next 18 months.
- Maximize Product-Led Growth impact, in partnership with Product: Onboarding, Referrals, Virality.

- Manage and mentor a team of external marketers to execute demand generation strategies effectively.
- Work alongside peer marketing leadership to drive alignment on growth strategy and execution.
- Work closely with sales teams to align on goals, share insights, and optimize lead handoff processes.
- Foster a high-performance, experimentation-friendly environment that supports rapid iteration and growth.
- Prioritize budget and resources for maximum impact on demand generation efforts.

- You likely have a minimum of 8 years of experience scaling a demand generation function at a B2B SaaS company, though the experience isnβt always linear!
Performance Marketing Expertise
- Digital Advertising: Proficiency in managing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
- SEO and SEM: Understanding search engine optimization and paid search to increase online visibility.
- Email Marketing: Crafting and optimizing automated nurturing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- PLG > PLS: General understanding of how to build programs that convert self-serve business users to contracted teams accounts.
Data Analytics and Metrics
- KPIs Mastery: You know how to define, measure, and manage sales funnel metrics and key performance indicators (e.g., CAC, MQL to SQL conversion rates, pipeline velocity).
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, and Excel for reporting and insights.
- A/B Testing: Experiment with content, channels, and messaging to maximize ROI.
Content and Campaign Management
- Content Strategy: Ability to develop high-impact content like eBooks, case studies, webinars, and white papers.
- Campaign Execution: Hands-on experience designing and launching multi-channel campaigns that align with buyer journeys.

SALARY INFO πΈ
The Sr. Manager, Demand Generation role may span a range of experience and expertise. Through our interview process, we will review your background and local market data and use a mix of technical and qualitative assessments to determine where you fall in our range. We will talk about compensation in our first conversation and be transparent throughout the process about which level we think is the best match for you in our organization.
Our salaries for this role range from $200,000 - $230,000.Β The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, and company stock options.
We are open to hiring for this role anywhere in the US. We take a locally informed approach to compensation, and our range is inclusive of starting salaries in different geographies.
