The Opportunity:
Join Interos as the Manager of Demand Generation & Business Development, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving both demand generation and business development efforts to accelerate pipeline growth and revenue attainment. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role focused on leveraging Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, sales collaboration, and team leadership to meet and exceed sales targets. You'll manage a team of talented business development representatives (BDRs) while aligning closely with marketing and sales to craft and execute high-impact campaigns that target key accounts and fuel business growth.
Essential Functions/Duties:
Demand Generation Responsibilities:
- Account Profiling & ABM Strategy Development: Develop detailed account profiles and personas to identify high-value targets, and implement tailored ABM strategies for key verticals and accounts using multi-touch, multi-dimensional approaches.
- Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to align on high-touch marketing strategies aimed at accelerating pipeline growth within target accounts. Work closely with marketing to conceptualize campaigns, define content requirements, and enhance the buyer's journey.
- Campaign Support & Execution: Coordinate with marketing to execute campaigns that target accounts, leveraging ABM tools such as 6Sense, and ensuring alignment with sales goals.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts and report on success metrics to senior leadership.
- Business Development Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a global team of BDRs, ensuring they meet personal and team targets for lead generation and pipeline growth. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to evaluate performance and provide ongoing coaching.
- Lead Qualification & Opportunity Generation: Oversee the qualification of sales leads generated from marketing campaigns and prospecting efforts. Ensure that high qualityMQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) are created, properly nurtured, and converted through the funnel to produce generating opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Identify and drive improvements across sales and marketing operations, streamlining processes and increasing efficiency in lead generation and conversion.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, marketing, or business development in a technology-focused environment.
- Leadership: At least 2-3 years of experience in managing or leading teams, with a proven track record of driving performance and achieving targets.
- Strong background in executing ABM campaigns and understanding of ABM technologies like 6Sense.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring a sales development team to exceed targets.
- Ability to track and report on key performance metrics for both demand generation campaigns and sales pipeline growth.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster collaboration across teams.
- Experience using sales engagement and CRM technology (e.g., Hubspot, Outreach, Salesloft, Salesforce, etc.) to create campaigns, sales engagement sequences, and track and manage leads throughout the top of funnel.

- Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers.
- Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role. Physical requirements include occasional lifting/carrying of 5 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment.
- Compensation range is base salary of $116,000 - $164,000. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
