Drive a culture of excellence by leading the entire employee lifecycle to attract, engage, enable, and retain mission-driven talent, fostering an inclusive and growth-minded environment that aligns people with business strategy and creates a great place to work.

TEAM š¤²
This role reports directly to our Head of Operations while leading and managing our People Operations and Recruiting teams.
COMPETENCIES
- 10+ years in People + Talent roles with at least 4 years of experience leading teams and acting in a People Business Partner capacity.
- Track record of scaling high-performing teams from 100 to 200+ employees, with demonstrated success in attracting and retaining mission-aligned talent in competitive tech markets.
- Experience designing and implementing structured hiring programs assessing technical excellence and cultural alignment.
- Success in building end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent branding, candidate assessment frameworks, and onboarding systems.
- History of partnering with leadership to define organizational hiring strategies and driving data-driven improvements in recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, diversity goals).
- Experience building leadership development programs that foster internal mobility and career growth.
- Success implementing performance management systems that align individual growth with company objectives.
- Proven ability to drive organizational design initiatives that support business strategy and cultural values.

SALARY INFO šø
The Senior Director, People, and Recruiting role may span a range of experience and expertise. During our interview process, we will review your background and local market data and use a mix of qualitative assessments to determine where you fall in our range. We will discuss compensation early and be transparent throughout the process about which level we think is the best match for you in our organization.
Our starting salaries for this role range from $215,000 to $230,000. The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, bonus, benefits, and company stock options.
