Role Responsibilities
Develop strategic plans to achieve revenue targets in Belo Horizonte, Brazil
Negotiate and manage accounts and contracts in the area
Responsible for ontrade / events
Responsible for creating and follow up business and activations plans with the clients in order to grow sales for the company and the on trade
Promotions and activations tracking results
Responsible for negotiating and tracking results of the events in the area
On Trade staff training; Brilliant brands execution in all accounts
Qualifications
- Previous experience with the On Trade is mandatory (preferably in Spirits)
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related areas
- To be located in Belo Horizonte, Brazil
- High level negotiations skills, with a win-win appraoch and a focus on building long-term relations
- Hands-on approach, focused on delivering results
- Good understanding of brand building and trade marketing
