- Lead developing and implementing brand strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activities, and gather insights to inform brand strategies.
- Lead managing social media presence, creating engaging content, and monitoring brand mentions ensuring brand consistency.
- Lead the Australian website, updates, and CRM activity with Global team.
- Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
- Assist in managing the brand budget and tracking expenses.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on brand performance and marketing activities. Support the execution of the local growth strategy, identifying market opportunities and key drivers (where to play, how to win) and align directly with Value Creation Strategy/regional strategy.
- Participate in the NPD process - support the brand team with POS, product and other logistics for brand programs as required.
- 2-3 years previous in consumer marketing experience
- Business or marketing degree qualified
- Liquor industry experience is valued but not essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with marketing software tools
