Role Responsibilities

Mission of Role :

The AP Executive (Procurement) supports and enhance operating processes by managing purchase requisitions, vendor on-boarding, resolving stakeholder queries and working closely with PTP manager on reporting metrics, including project support. . This position plays a key role in improving processes, supporting audits and developing training materials. The position provides valuable exposure in handling multiple regions, including North America, APAC, Oceania, and EMEA, fostering global collaboration and expertise. This position is pivotal in the PTP management process, along with participation and leadership of GBS projects.

Role Responsibilities :

• Support daily reviews and execution/approval of purchase requisitions to purchase orders in SAP & ARIBA.
• Support vendor On-Boarding process globally in Ariba.
• Support function with pricing and other master data updates
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of P2P services delivered in accordance with Service Level agreements.
• Communicate with internal customers (and vendors if required) to meet purchase requirements
• Assist the GBS team in improving processes and procedures
• Individual must be able to manage daily/weekly/monthly reporting metrics as well as adhoc reporting needs
• Support PTP training and develop training materials as necessary to support the business
• Build strong partnerships with our internal and external customers/vendors
• Act as a key resource for internal and external audit requirements
• Perform other duties as required to support GBS
• Respond to queries received on email or through salesforce tool.
• Review Error reports and share it with requisitioners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Procurement with 3+ years of related professional experience
• Knowledge and understanding of PTP process.
• Preferably with SAP and/or ARIBA experience
• Excellent problem resolution and diplomacy skills; able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
