We now need a results-driven Leader, Campus Recruiting to join our Talent Acquisition team.

The Leader, Campus Recruiting will be responsible for optimizing and executing on a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy and program. You will reinvigorate, foster, and maintain relationships with academic institutions to create a portfolio of targeted penetration opportunities and use data and metrics to measure success against pipeline, conversion, and other hiring goals. This position reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and will build and manage a team of campus recruiting professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and workforce needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with university career centers, faculty, student organizations, and other campus partners to create brand awareness and attract top talent
  • Manage campus recruitment events career fairs, information sessions
  • Participate in Campus Recruiting team initiatives and partner with Campus Recruiting team members to deliver best-in-class service
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand dynamic and evolving hiring needs
  • Promote the organization's employer brand through thoughtful strategies and on campus engagement activities to attract top-tier emerging talent
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as pipeline stage, conversion rates, and candidate experience outcomes
  • Travel during peak recruiting cycles, up to 50%

A successful applicant will have the following experiences and education:

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 5 years focused on campus recruiting
  • Proven experience and measurable track record delivering campus recruitment strategies against high-volume hiring goals
  • 2+ years experience managing a team of 4 or more
  • Knowledge of university partnerships and an already-built network of academic contacts
  • You have a pulse on priorities for both the organization and the profile
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional skills - you know how to tailor messaging to audiences
  • Proven experience managing complex projects/programs
  • Bachelor's degree.

Required Traits

  • Data-driven and comfortable translating business requirements into actionable insights via milestone mapping and measurable analytics.
  • Experience with Workday and leading ATS providers.
  • Experience managing academic partnerships.
  • Experience with process improvement, documentation, and reporting within Campus Recruiting.

Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $170,000.00 - $200,000.00
Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
