Wa are delighted to present a new opportunity to join Stryker as a Lead Coordinator, for our office based in Malmo, Sweden. The primary function of this role is to play a coordinating role that ensures the daily customer service delivery of the kit operation. The lead coordinator is an expert in the end-to-end kit operational process with demonstrated competence across all business divisions/ franchises across Sterile/ non-sterile. This role will be expected to support the team with resolution of process related challenges that may impact the daily customer service delivery.

Where needed, the lead coordinator will be expected to support the team in delivering the daily customer requirements by performing one or more activities in the end-to-end return, processing and delivery of customer loan kits consignments. The lead coordinator, being the process expert, may also be required to train others across the end-to-end process. The lead coordinator is expected to support the team in managing workload and tasks, report activity to the appropriate channels including the team leadership, Asset, Sales, Marketing, Commercial, and the recipient of the build materials.

The Job's mission:

The lead coordinator will be a problem solver able to support investigations into quality deviations. This includes identifying and supporting continuous improvement efforts and engagement in process improvements to enhance the quality and overall service to our customers. This role will embrace teamwork and collaboration, quality performance standards, professionalism and integrity to ensure that results are delivered in accordance with the strategic plans, objectives and customers' contractual agreements. The lead coordinator, being the expert in the end-to-end process, may be expected to support less experienced operatives in the execution of assigned task and to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Kit Inspection and build expert with competence across all business divisions/ franchises across Sterile/ non-sterile kit types with low quality deviations detected and recorded


  • Support On-Job-Training and Stryker Learning Management System (SLMS) operating procedure/ work instruction signoffs for less experienced operatives/peers.


  • Support with improving local kitroom processes, improving QMS Work instruction documents etc


  • Audit quality of kits built or inspected by peers


  • Support department-wide projects which may include integration activities.


  • Drive continuous improvement through process improvement and waste reductions


  • Support the team leadership in day-to-day operations

Your Profile:

  • High School/ Diploma / GSCE's (or equivalent) is essential.
  • English speaking (Professional Working Proficiency in English communication) is essential.


  • Further Education i.e. College or University is a plus.


  • Minimum 3 years of kit operations experience gained within Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, healthcare or other or equivalent industry.
  • Experience of working within a team.
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Can demonstrate a high level of problem-solving skills.
  • Must be IT proficient and efficient in an administrative environment. Familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Knowledge of Operations management processes & general logistics.
  • Fluent Swedish is beneficial.
