Summary / Role Purpose
The Platform Enablement Project Coordinator will support the CASEBU project management team in the planning, execution, and completion of Platform Enablement projects. This role ensures that project tasks are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both software development and project management, with proven experience managing software development projects and a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation and management of project plans and timelines, ensuring they align with both development and business goals.
- Track project progress, identifying potential risks or delays related to resource allocation, scheduling, and task deliverables.
- Manage project risks by providing regular updates, addressing challenges, and communicating with Ansys management to resolve issues.
- Compile, maintain, and update necessary project documents, reports, and logs.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, set agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Maintain consistent communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and expectations.
- Leverage knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support and guide teams through the various phases, ensuring projects progress efficiently from planning to deployment.
- Work closely with development and technical teams to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with the SDLC processes, integrating both project management and technical knowledge.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements And Experience
- Degree in engineering, software development, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in both software development and project management.
- Proven experience managing software development projects, with a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its various phases, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate technical and project information clearly.
Preferred Qualifications And Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, ensuring project timelines and goals are met.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience with tools such as Monday.com, GitHub, and similar platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of the Agile SDLC and experience managing projects through Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, leveraging both software development knowledge and project management expertise to ensure project success.
