As an Associate Strategic Evidence Manager on Stryker's Acute Care team, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the Acute Care Strategic Evidence Strategy. You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Clinical Affairs, and our customers to design evidence in the form of case studies and supporting collateral in alignment with the organization strategy.

What you will do:

  • Determines case study publication strategy with key stakeholders, including preparation of manuscripts, conference publications/posters and white papers.
  • Partner with stakeholders (Clinical Affairs, Marketing, Research & Development, New Product Development) to develop clinical evidence generation strategy and support key claims.
  • Maintains relationships with KOLs and translates insights into current and future business strategy.
  • Deploys resources to measure, monitor, and direct changes to clinical evidence strategy to drive customer engagement.
  • Improves methods for maintaining customer responsiveness and drives new evidence based on changing customer needs.
  • Supports the development of key strategy documents: strategic plan, annual marketing plan, product launch plans
  • Responsible for the identification of clinical evidence opportunities with our customers.
  • Ensures the product or portfolio's clinical evidence is consistent with the product or portfolio strategy.
  • Supports the value proposition development with clinical evidence including the following components: customer beliefs and behaviors, main and dynamic variables and reasons to believe brand value
  • Understands clinical evidence dynamics that may impact Marketing Objectives in the future and makes proactive recommendations to marketing strategy anticipating future market.
  • Defines clinical evidence opportunity and estimates effort to target each of the four customer groups: non users, exclusive users, competitive users, multi-brand users.
  • Collaborates with education team to provide clinical evidence and support development of curriculum as needed.
  • Conducts post-launch analyses and implements lessons learned.
  • Develops an effective KPI clinical evidence strategy for the business.
  • Mentors, develops and influences across the business, intentionally building cross-divisional relationships.

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA preferred
  • 6+ years of work experience in the medical device industry required, including minimum of 1-2+ years supporting clinical research trials/studies.
  • 2+ years of medical writing experience preferred
  • Strong planning, organizational, communication, negotiation, problem solving, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
  • Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies

$85,500- $182,100 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
