The Asset Management Specialist within the Customer Logistics function will have to support the business to ensure great customer satisfaction in constantly optimizing inventory both in local warehouse and in the field (customer consignment). In this context close contacts with stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Product Management, Stock Controller, Supply Chain and Customer Care complete this function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany new product investments to ensure highest possible profitability
- Follow up on timely product availability of approved investments
- Local Item Master Date updates
- Products status management based on items turnover, E&O reserve and safety stocks
- Consignment safety stock settings by tracking the inventory flow to identify slow moving and dead stock
- Reduce excess stock in inventory (local warehouse and in field inventory) by correct calculation and communication to Sales to find Sales opportunities
- Preparing documents for scrap disposal process
- Cooperation with Sales Department in critical goods (Hold, Back Order) and finding availability source
- Preparing and presents reports to provide information to identify purchasing requirements
- Assisting with holds procedures
- Providing and creating regular reports, pointing out current problems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Min. 1 year of planning, logistics and/or purchasing experience
- Strong computer skills, excellent data entry skills with superb accuracy
- Fluent Polish and English minimum B2
- Experience in data collection, analysis and evaluation
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent customer service skills
