Who we are looking for

Identity and Access Management within Global Cyber Security is seeking a highly capable Vice President with deep understanding of State Street's SailPoint functionality and configuration. The VP will join a highly collaborative team responsible for managing a wide range of IAM and SailPoint monitoring, oversight and reporting functions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to hold others accountable for deliverables. They have expert level understanding of Sailpoint functionality and data configuration with demonstrated ability to explain them to technical and business partners. They understand separation of duties and toxic access and can apply them to specific access scenarios. They have experience instructing and supporting junior staff in performing functions.

Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

What you will be responsible for

As VP Identity and Access Managment, you will

  • Lead remediation projects to address SailPoint data hygiene related findings
  • Partner with management to identify and prioritize other data hygiene projects to maintain accuracy of reporting to management, auditors, regulators and other stakeholders
  • Facilitate Cross-functional workgroups related to Sailpoint data quality and other operational issues
  • Serve as lead for SailPoint Policy and Rules functionality and configuration
  • Implement expanded SOD Violation Review and Change Management monitoring
  • Oversee SailPoint Data Stewart activity in accordance with State Street Enterprise Data Governance Policy and Standards
  • Drive business analyses on complex access issues to determine root cause and define solutions
  • Lead implementation of selected new SailPoint functionality

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related technical and/or business field required
  • Familiarity with State Street Enterprise Data Governance Policy and Standards helpful

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $185,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
