Job Summary
We are seeking a Talent Standards and Transformation Specialist to join our Talent Enablement Organization, responsible for upholding and managing HR standards, policies, and processes across Employee Relations & Conduct, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Learning. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive and support HR transformation initiatives, ensuring that employment standards, practices, and HR processes are compliant with regulatory standards and align with our strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Standards Management: Develop, update, and maintain standards and policies related to employment contracts, talent processes, and best practices across the Talent Organization.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with relevant stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment to governance model and smooth implementation of employment contact changes. Facilitate clear communication and manage expectations regarding updates to employment contracts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Learning, and Employee Relations & Conduct teams to align on and implement consistent standards and practices across all functions.
- HR Transformation Initiatives: Support and drive HR transformation efforts across the Talent Organization, ensuring effective communication and adherence to timelines.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes related to employment standards, onboarding, and talent development, working with internal stakeholders to implement enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance and Regulatory Alignment: Ensure employment contracts, policies, and procedures comply with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, or a related field, with experience in standards management, policy development, or HR transformation.
- Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional projects and initiatives within an HR or Talent setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with HR systems and data analysis tools is a plus.
