The Administrator (SA) within Talent Enablement team is responsible for executing various tasks across Talent Organization at State Street. The role will entail some level of work organization and coordination for the team of Administrators globally. It also entails work on myWorkDay platform, work with Compliance related tasks and reporting. Talent Enablement Admin needs to collaborate with the broader Talent Enablement team and Talent Organization in order to solve issues and provide support State Street employees. This role will report directly into the Agile Project Manager locally in Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports on various myWorkDay related activities to support recruiters and other stakeholders.
  • Closely collaborate with the global Talent Enablement team and wider Talent Organization to resolve issues raised by State Street employees and colleagues.
  • Work on Compliance related tasks independently and diligently.
  • Support tracking and organization of tasks for other Administrators in the team.
  • Work on tasks across Talent Enablement portfolio and support onboarding of new tasks.
  • Document process procedures, FAQs and QRGs, and keep procedures up to date.
  • Resolve myWorkDay related issues and provide Tier 3 support to wider organization.
  • Support the testing of new myWorkDay deployments.
  • Provide support to the Agile Manager.

Level of Education/ Specific Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or work experience

• PC skills (Microsoft office suite) especially Excel

• Working knowledge of myWorkDay

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in administration and / or customer service an advantage

• Working experience with myWorkDay processes and testing

• Must be able to manage a diverse set of activities simultaneously

• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams / locations

• Problem-solving skills

• Communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to effectively co-ordinate tasks for others
