Job Description

Chief Data Office, GTS at State Street has a mandate to govern and report on data health across the enterprise and is rolling out multiple initiatives to deliver on the Operating Model and generate value for our internal and external clients.

We are looking for a Scrum Master who has 10+ years to drive & deliver SDLC - Agile Methodologies for the Enterprise Data Governance Application

Candidate should have strong SDLC knowledge and Agile methodizes to coordinate the stake holders for the operationalization of application with relevant tools

As Scrum Master you will be responsible for

Role Summary & Role Description

  • Define & deliver the enterprise applications with SDLC process with Agile process & methodology by managing the multiple agile rooms
  • Should have a strong knowledge to inherit the Organizational standards and Capable to implement the agile process with the JIRA & Confluence tools
  • Coordinate the stake holders to engage with the agile ceremonies such as Daily Scrum calls, Backlog refinement, Retros, Planning & release management
  • Govern the teams by providing periodic reports and manage dash boards related to the deliverables
  • End to end handling the Organization standard Release management with the Toll gate approvals, Change management process in Service Now
  • Strong communication to coordinate & facilitate the agile ceremonies
  • Understanding the workflow process and coordinating the Site Reliability Engineering - SRE operations for the applications

Core/Must have skills

Minimum 10+ years of experience in managing & delivering with Agile SDLC methodology

Building Agile delivery teams from scratch using KANBAN, SCRUM & further maturing the teams with LEAN agile approach

Define & coordinate Agile Methodologies for the Application implementation - JIRA & Confluence tools

Strong experience in managing Dashboards & providing periodic reports

Good experience in coordinating the Change & Release management - ServiceNow

Good communication skills and need to facilitate the teams with the Agile Rooms

Good to have skills

Preferred to have Agile certifications - CSM, SAFe Agile SM

Professional Scrum Master (PSM1 & PSM 2)

Good to have Data Governance & management concepts

Good presentation skills with periodic reports & dashboards
