The RFx Process Manager in RFx Team is important role within State Street's Global Procurement Team and is responsible for extensive support of end-to-end procurement process. RFx Process Manager is going to play a key role in driving process optimization, effort management and delivery within time and budget.

Your new role

As RFx Process Manager you will:

  • Provide support to Procurement Teams in execution of RFx process.
  • Execute assigned steps in RFx process in collaboration with Category/Sourcing Managers.
  • Collaborate with multiple procurement categories to agree pipeline of RFx events and set the appropriate priorities.
  • Work closely with the Category/Sourcing Managers and Business Units to understand details of procurement requirements.
  • Agree RFx plan and monitor RFx process to mitigate any risk of delays.
  • Utilize electronic tools to run RFx events.
  • Ensure the effective communication between Category/Sourcing Managers, Business Units, Legal team and TPRM Team.
  • Provide support and guidance about internal policies, operational procedures, tools and steps in engagement process.
  • Ensure complying with all appropriate legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the implementation of cost benefit initiatives and Third-Party Management projects.

What we value

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar procurement role in international organization.
  • Experience with Oracle Sourcing tool would be advantage.
  • The ability to plan, organize, prioritize work and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
  • Analytical skills, experience in data aggregation data and preparation of comprehensive summaries.
  • Experience in presentation preparations and translation complex results to simplified forms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must as is the ability to work with colleagues of all levels, both internal and external.
  • Positive and enthusiastic personality with a strong focus on customer service, close attention to detail and positively contribute to the role and team you work in.
  • Fully proficient in all Microsoft Office packages.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
