This is a leadership position in Global Product Enablement Team (GPET) which is part of the Global Product organization supporting a diverse group of initiatives from various Product groups.
As a leader of Program Management & Process Re-engineering team, the incumbent will partner with stakeholders across Product and other internal teams globally, provide leadership and direction for strategic initiatives and organization priorities by defining goals, strategies and methodologies. The focus will be on leading program/s and associated projects to deliver an exceptional outcomes for the Product Organization.

What you will be responsible for
As Vice President you will
- Lead and partner with the business & product leads to drive organizational priorities and transformation opportunities.
- Establish and help lead the Enablement Program Office to track and oversee all key critical projects and priorities that are identified under the remit of the team
- Prepare and oversee PMO management reports, dashboards and presentations related to the program and/or activities to ensure programs meet deadlines and achievement of milestones and financial target
- Establish relationships with all stakeholders and leads globally to ensure the right engagement and alignment is achieved for each initiative
- Apply detailed knowledge of business requirements and workflows to assist delivering objectives
- Conduct core project management activities including facilitating meetings, interviewing stakeholders, hosting workshops, documenting findings, creating stakeholder presentations
- Assess, identify and mitigate the risk areas for each project activity and actively work on activities to manage risks
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within the global products businesses. Identify and leverage emerging technologies and digital solutions to enhance process efficiency, agility, and innovation.
- Assist in developing and coordinating key messaging to our internal and external stakeholders, e.g., executive management, clients and other constituencies
- Support other ad-hoc requests
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 15+ years of experience in Program Management & Process re-engineering
- 10+ years of experience in business consulting leading large-scale implementation programs in consulting or financial services industry.
- Demonstrated success at applying analytic methods to assess business problems, interpreting data and communicating analytical results to peers and management is required.
- Possess excellent communications skills with evidence of successful leadership and administrative/supervisory experience
- Proven ability to analyze trends, encourage and make recommendations for creative change
- Results-oriented individual with the persistence and patience necessary to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external constituents
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior level staff, middle management and administrative divisions
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and lead team efforts
- Very strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and proven experience in working with large cross functional teams will be a plus
- PMP, Prince 2, Agile- Scrum, Six Sigma, Lean, Project Management, Change Management
