Identity and Access Management within Global Cyber Security is seeking a highly capable Vice President with excellent project management skills to lead complex strategic ITprojects. The ideal candidate is highly organized with the ability to hold others accountable for deliverables. They possess superior communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.
What you will be responsible for
As VP Project Manager you will be responsible to
- Lead and successfully deliver multiple complex projects concurrently
- Develop and maintain end to end detailed project plans to track progress on timeline, scope, deliverables, and resources
- Manage project staff (directly and indirectly); provide leadership, direction, and support in driving toward expected project outcomes
- Measure and communicate project progress and results
- Interface with senior management and key stakeholders, regarding project deliverables, status, issues, and risks
- Monitor project risks and issues and escalate to management as needed

What we value
- Program/Project Management experience managing complex technology oriented projects from planning through implementation
- Demonstrated experience working in an environment managing multiple, concurrent deliverables with shifting priorities, demands, and timelines
- Experience gaining commitment and consensus through persuasion and negotiation; working collaboratively across teams to reach common goals
- Knowledge of identity and access management principles and practices including privileged access
- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to determine root cause
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Prior Project Management experience at State Street is helpful
- Superior organizational and documentation skills
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Eight or more years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in a large, global financial services institution
- Background in systems analysis a plus
- PMP certification is preferred
- BS/BA degree in business, finance, technology, or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project is preferred

Salary Range:
$110,000 - $185,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
