Who we are looking for:

Fund accounting & administration mainly responsible to deliver daily tasks on a timely basis, including trade processing/confirmation/matching for clients, timely and accurate execution and reporting of net asset valuations (NAVs) for our clients' accounts (funds), or preparing and analyzing periodic (quarterly, semi-annual and annual) financial statements in accordance with Investment Company IFRS/GAAP requirements.

What you will be responsible for:

You will have opportunity to be distributed to the following teams

  • Fund Accounting: Net Asset Value Specialist will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely reconciliations integral to the completion of the Net Asset Value (NAV) of a fund that is used for Investor dealing and external publication, plus various other client specific reports distributed on a regular basis.


  • Financial Reporting: Set up and maintain reporting binders for each fund during a reporting cycle, prepare periodic (quarterly, semi-annual and annual) financial statements in accordance with Investment Company IFRS/GAAP requirements, coordinate distribution of financial statements.


  • Business Analyst: Responsible for ensuring the Investment book of records is accurately maintained and ensuring accurate client portfolios are reflected on State Street platforms. The role will interact with the Clients (predominantly Front Office) and being a key liaison with various portfolio managers and internal SSC parties in identifying an issue as well as managing that a suitable resolution is found and communicated to the Client.

  • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills.
  • Extensive asset management experience, including investment operations.
  • Solid knowledge in financial market and instruments, including equity, fixed income, swap, OTC derivatives, etc.
  • Strong English communication (especially written) and presentation skills to audiences of different sizes and levels of seniority.
  • Exposure to large multi-class, multi-manager, multi-currency portfolios that invest in a variety of instruments including derivatives and as a result, the pricing of these positions, portfolio valuations reconciliations/Investigations experience will be acquired.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above, graduate in 2024.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economy or related field is an asset.
  • Effective communication skills (oral and written) in English.
  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word).
  • Organized and Deadline-driven.

Additional requirements:

  • This is a short-term intern program only for 2024 graduates, internship period is 3-4 months, we do not guarantee to convert to Full Time Employee.
