This is a hands-on technology leadership role within State Street's Corporate Security Technology organization. We are seeking an experienced, creative and accomplished technology delivery-professional to help build, upgrade, operationalize and support - the firm's Identity and Access Management platform.
Core competencies for this role include - Agile Technology delivery, Enterprise architecture (UML), Software Development (Java, JavaScript, React, Databases), Unix and Cloud technologies with experience in cloud security.
This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

As IAM Platform Engineering - Delivery Lead, you will
- Provide subject matter and technical domain expertise to solve complex production issues encompassing a wide range of internal and external systems, components, and processes
- Lead ongoing operational technical support team for a number of Global Cybersecurity Platforms.
- Own full lifecycle of our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) - for all our platforms
- Collaborate with business product owners and delivery managers to troubleshoot and drive solutions to operational issues
- Support Internal and External Audit reviews and work with delivery and operational leads to provide timely information
- Engage the External Software Vendor Partners to ensure key issues are resolved in a timely manner and SLAs are consistently adhered to. Provide consistent reporting of metrics
- Collaborate with teams in different time zones to continuously improve operational efficiency by automation and by building effective support knowledge base
- Serve as an escalation point for IAM application support and troubleshooting. Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for corporate (IAM) environment
- Drive re-platforming/re-writing of legacy technology components and required server and software upgrades
What we value

- Experience with PaaS, IaaS+ Private Cloud Framework; Experience with AWS Public Cloud Framework. Experience with UNIX/Windows Shell/batch scripting, Autosys, Dynatrace, Splunk/monitoring tools
- Experience with web applications and programing language -- Java, HTML5,CSS3, XML, JavaScript, GWT, Contexts, React JS and Node JS
- Strong relational and document-oriented database skills - Oracle (PL/SQL), SQL Server and MongoDB
- Experience with Test Frameworks (Junit, Jest, Mocha, etc. )
- Knowledge of Messaging Frameworks Kafka, JMS, and IBM MQ
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering/Technical degree from an accredited institution
- Relevant Experience (5+ years)

Salary Range:
$100,000 - $160,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
