Position Overview
The Global Head of Private Markets will play a critical role in the development and execution of the company's private markets strategy, cutting across private equity, private credit and illiquid alts. This person will drive product development efforts for the entire platform, including ETFs, mutual funds and retirement. The Global Head of Private Markets will be responsible for the buildout and management of a team of subject matter experts who will contribute to the development of products and the commercialization of the strategies, working very closely together with colleagues in Investments and Distribution.
Primary Responsibilities
- Overseeing all aspects of product development, including due diligence of third parties and liquidity providers, product design, risk management, reports to the Board
- Developing a plan for the buildout and commercialization of new strategies and capabilities
- Working very closely with Investments and Distribution to innovate and democratize access to private markets globally
- Managing a team of individuals to support the Company's growth aspiration, including inorganic growth opportunities
- Assisting the Legal and Compliance teams with regulatory exams and disclosures
Job Requirements and Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of financial services experience, with particular focus on private markets
- Strong financial acumen, and ability to build financial models and perform risk/reward analysis
- Expertise in private equity and private credit investment process, including due diligence, financial analysis, and transaction negotiation
- Passion for working in small and fast -paced teams, while, at the same time, ability to leverage the wider organization
- Proven experience managing teams and demonstrated leadership skills
- Series 7 and 63 required

Salary Range:
$225,000 - $337,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
