Who we are looking for
An Individual contributor with experience in Fund Accounting and Expense Manager who wants to be a part of EMEA Transformation. In this role your will be responsible for process automation, technology adoption, driving process remodeling and enhancement initiatives, communication with all impacted parties - Oversight, Fund Group, Expense COE Teams.


Your new role


As a Fund Accounting Transformation Specialist you will:

  • Take a leading senior technical role in the review of expenses setup with a view to identifying opportunities for improvement;
  • Work directly with clients to provide new solutions;
  • Drive process remodeling and enhancement initiatives;
  • Review documentation on processes, procedures and controls and evaluate their continuing effectiveness;
  • Liaise with other internal clients and supporting departments for the purpose of obtaining key inputs to expense standardization and transformation process;
  • Participate as senior technical SME in the development, testing and implementation of new functionalities within Expense Manager and Standard Expense Tool;
  • Support and communication with other expense groups as Central Expense Team or Fund Expense Administration;
  • Collect data and feedback from Fund Accounting in various country groups;
  • Demonstrate technical expertise;
  • Prepare training materials for expense processing teams;
  • Implement Standard Controls;
  • Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills;
  • Recommend procedural changes and controls to improve expense processing and reconciliation;
  • Retire macros.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years working experience in Fund Accounting.
  • Expertise in expense area
  • Other DNAV Tools proficiency would be an asset.
  • At least Bachelor's degree educations, finance related studies are preferred.
  • Solid knowledge about the industry.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office tools including Word and Excel.
  • Fluent English language skills.
