As a senior Full Stack Developer in State Street Innovation Studios team, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development and implementation of software solutions for financial business/ design applications. Working closely with a multidisciplinary global team consisting of graphic designers, VFX designers and Business Analysts, you will leverage your expertise in programming languages and relational databases to create seamless and efficient solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

What you will be responsible for
As a Sr. Full Stack Developer you will
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead and participate in efficient prototype development on innovation projects; develop Fintech products and platforms with the ideal befitting technologies;
- Design and develop scalable and maintainable software solutions using programming languages such as Python, C++, C#, Java, Node.js etc.
- Implement front-end interfaces and user experiences using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.)
- Develop and optimize backend systems and relational databases to ensure performance reliability and security.
- Design data model and develop server-side application that directly interacts with the database and frontend code via an application programming interface (API)
- Develop software best practices like test-driven development (TDD), behavioral-driven development (BDD), and continuous integration / deployment
- Participate in code reviews, testing and debugging to maintain high-quality standards throughout the development process.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.
What we value

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 - 12 years of professional experience in full stack development, with a strong proficiency in programming languages and relational databases.
- Extensive experience in front-end and back-end development technologies, frameworks and libraries.
- Familiar with data structure and algorithms
- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases(MySQL, PostgreSQL), SQL and ORM technologies (SQLAlchemy, Mybatis)
- Experience in using Back-end frameworks to build server-side software, like Flask, SSH or SSM
- Familiar with Web Server technologies (e.g., Apache, Linux, Shell and IIS)
- Familiar with Front-end development technologies(e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Node.js, ES6+)
- Experience in using front-end frameworks(e.g., React, Redux, React-Router, Material UI or other) to build application
- Understanding of the design and development of high-performance parallel Data Architecture systems
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
- Proven track record of delivering successful software projects in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Programming, or a related field.
- Experience working in a financial industry or with financial business solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google cloud, etc.)
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for automation, deployment and monitoring.
- Understanding of Gaming development and Agile development methodologies and principles.
